For our area ''Finance & Controlling Cyberspace & EW'' we are looking for a dedicated and experienced at the Ulm site at the closest possible time Senior Finance Business Partner (m/d) This area supports the program departments in all economic matters – from business start-up to project completion.

Acquisition of comprehensive commercial support and strategic management of complex projects on offer/contract creation/ negotiation, as well as during the execution of ongoing projects Function as a central commercial partner*in (Finance Business Partner) for project management and close cooperation with the project core team and relevant supporting departments to ensure project objectives Own-sponsored creation and analysis of complex quotations and the commercial part of the offers; Representation and enforcement of commercial interests within the supply team Negotiation and implementation of demanding offers and contracts with customers and contractual partners in self-responsibility, taking into account legal and economic conditions Responsibility for comprehensive project controlling, including in-depth cost-to-compliance/EAC analyses, detailed target-actual comparisons, creation of scenarios, development and implementation of measures to ensure the planned project results and cash flow, including proactive approaches to claim, chance and risk management Implementation of accounting and receivable management taking into account international export requirements Focus on minimising contractual risks through appropriate risk management instruments Commercial and contractual supervision of offset obligations and ensuring their proper performance Participation in strategic planning (operational planning, forecasts, scenarios, utilisation planning) and monthly and annual financial statements to ensure financial integrity Development and presentation of sound business plans to support corporate strategy Development of innovative pricing concepts in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders to maximise competitiveness Ensuring the accounting regularity of all bookings of the program/project taking into account HGB, IAS/IFRS and national pricing and audit requirements readiness for regular journeys

Complete study of business management, MBA or comparable qualification. Long-term professional experience as a contract, or project businessman, as well as in the commercial execution of complex projects, with a profound understanding of the interfaces between the various stakeholders Knowledge of contract law Good knowledge of public price law desirable Experience in the professional leadership of project teams desirable Excellent understanding of the technical aspects of the project and its strategic connection to senior corporate objectives Very good SAP knowledge and safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel for complex analyses High level of resilience Proactive, customer-oriented and structured and independent working with high commitment and responsibility Embossed team skills, communication strength and negotiation skills at all levels German and English skills, further language skills are advantageous
