The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is the carrier of the two main hospitals Detmold and Lemgo as well as a child and youth psychiatry at the Bad Salzuflen site. As part of the University Hospital of Ostwestfalen-Lippe at Bielefeld University, Klinikum Lippe provides 1,224 plan beds annually in about 30 clinics and competence centres. 100,000 outpatient and around 50,000 inpatient patients. Outpatient/n settlement coordinator (w/m/d) in full time

Implementation and monitoring of the medical and private medical bills across all departments Examination, correction and release of billing-relevant data and processing of queries Communication with KV, health insurance, billing points and internal interfaces Responsibility for compliance with accounting requirements, deadlines and legal requirements Creation of accounting statistics and monthly reports for management Support for controlling and analysis of billing codes Interface between IT service providers, accounting system and medical professionals Training of employees in the use of practical software and billing processes Processing of complaints and MD requests master data management of outpatient settlement with GOÄ, UV- GOÄ, EBM and other services

Completed training in healthcare, as MFA or in administration with accounting experience Special knowledge of outpatient accounting (Tarifwerke EBM, GOÄ, UV-GOÄ) with several years of professional experience, the SGB V and the accounting Safe handling of practical software (CGM, Medistar, Turbomed, SAP, MS-Office especially Excel) Good organizational skills and high communicative competence as well as team skills Analytical thinking, high sense of responsibility and structured working
