• are responsible for the guidance, support and promotion of personal and professional skills of people with (mainly mental) disability
• organize workflows and responsible for ensuring the quality of work results
• independently direct a working group and actively contribute to the development planning
• Use the continuous improvement process as a tool in rehabilitation and production processes
• take care of individual care as well as assistance in the life-structural field

You

• are ideally certified specialist for work and professional promotion (gFAB) and have a training and experience in the craft sector
• ideally have experience in workshop work with people with disabilities
• have the ability to communicate and implement technical knowledge and professional experience
• have technical understanding, work independently and own organizational skills
• are safe to use the current MS Office programs
• respect the Christian values (no specific confession necessary)
