As a (Senior) Manager Accounting & Reporting Advisory (m/w/d), you take over the project management to introduce new accounting standards in our clientele – with your technical and process expertise for a successful conversion of accounting.

Conclusion: We count on your expertise in the professional creation of IFRS consolidated financial statements. Variety: In addition to DPR test procedures, you will be able to formulate expert reports on balancing issues and conduct process analysis and optimization in the final production or Financial reporting. Head: In projects in the transaction environment, you will guide accounting-related specialist and process topics, and will start pro-forma financial information (Carve-outs, IPOs, M&A processes). Accounting Due Diligences: With a certain view, you will recognize the impact of company purchases on accounting and prepare management for the consequences. Development: Carefully you take care of the further development of your employees: in addition to the expansion of our service portfolio.

Degree in economics or comparable Extensive experience in auditing, auditing or corporate accounting of a capital market-oriented company Deep knowledge of international accounting Safe handling of international customers:inside, team spirit, communication strength and fun in complex tasks readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
