You are responsible for the following general office and administrative tasks at one of our industrial customers on site: Administration and documentation of the fleet Creation of monthly reporting Document management Disposition and coordination of logistical processes, as well as the implementation of daily, weekly and annual inventory Management and organisation of the paint storage and workwear In addition, you support the safety of work and hazardous goods management, as well as the organisation of the hazardous goods disaster

You have completed professional training or a comparable qualification You have first professional experience in the commercial environment Responsible, structured and independent working, as well as a pronounced organizational strength Safe handling of MS Office applications and good German skills complete your profile Valid driving licence of class B (car)
