Implementation of enforcement measures in the field of internal and external services, with a focus on external services Requests from debtors for the recovery of public claims Examination of enforcement requirements and limitation periods Consumption of payments and agreement of payment regulations within the scope of legal requirements Cash payments at the Hausbank Impairment of movable property and implementation of assets under applicable legislation Close cooperation with the personnel of the enforcement agency and other authorities Processing, requests for assistance from other authorities Completion of compulsory and replacement benefits Delivery of communications and other documents Regular handling of people in conflict-affected situations Documentation of external services and preparation of reports and protocols A change in the area of responsibility is reserved.

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, alternatively a completed commercial or administrative vocational training with relevant professional experience, ideally experience in the field of receivable management readiness to implement decisions safely and legally in difficult situations Safe and courteous appearance and pronounced negotiation skills Conflictability, Enforcement, High Engagement, Own Initiative and Team Spirit Self-employed and responsible work Safe handling of MS Office products Class B driving licence
