Your post: You collect orders in SAP and then distribute the processes to the relevant specialist departments (submissions, support, service). To ensure a precise billing, you will make purchase and service orders. You are responsible for the collection and maintenance of service contracts. You're working on clientele correspondence and supporting the contract announcements. To ensure an outstanding service, you are available to our customers for advice on the phone.
