Solution development: You design and develop customized solutions using LLMs, OCR technologies and automation. You work closely with Data Scientists, Developers and Business Analysts to identify and implement innovative use cases. Model optimization: You develop transparent models and continuously optimize them to maximize performance. Technology integration: You continuously develop new developments in LLMs and integrate them into existing solutions. Quality assurance: You are responsible for the optimization and fine tuning of LLMs to ensure their performance and accuracy. Compliance with standards: You make sure that AI applications meet the ethical standards and legal requirements. Knowledge Transfer: You train employees in handling new AI technologies and software tools and promote innovation-friendly corporate culture. Document automation: You use OCR technologies to digitize and automate document processes to make business processes more efficient. Cooperation and training: In our projects you work directly with customers and interdisciplinary teams. In our internal communities, you connect with colleagues from different disciplines, continue to train and share your knowledge to develop innovative solutions together.

You have several years of experience in data, data science or AI, as well as project experience in dealing with large language models such as GPT, LLama or similar technologies. You have knowledge of programming with Python as well as experience with relevant frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, TensorFlow and PyTorch. Experience with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, ChromaDB and AWS OpenSearch as well as evaluation frameworks such as Ragas and Langfuse. You are familiar with cloud services such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud and the corresponding infrastructure. You have strong analytical problem solving capabilities. You have knowledge of LLMs, Embeddings, Retrieval Augmented Generation, Re-ranking, Guardrails, Clustering, Classification Models and Entity Extraction. You have experience with OCR Cloud Services such as Azure Document Intelligence, Google Document AI and Offline OCR such as Google Tesseract. Nice To Have: You have knowledge of ethical standards, data protection regulations and compliance requirements in the field of AI are desirable. You can master German at least C1 level and successfully use it in your everyday work.
