A completed professional and technical training Special pedagogical additional qualification or willingness to acquire it Certification as Jobcoach desirable Experience in vocational training, rehabilitation or participation in working life desirable Experience and commitment in accompanying people with disabilities desirable Valuable, person-centric attitude, communication strength, safe occurrence, team capacity, self-organization, reliability and flexibility The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
