Manager (m/w/d)

As Finance Manager (m/w/d) - Finance Integration, you play a central role in building our group-wide finance function. You report to our VP Finance operation and work closely with our Director FP&A, our CFO, as well as the managing directors of our subsidiaries and ensure that group-wide finance processes, standards and projects are successfully implemented. You develop our finance organization in a targeted way: you coordinate finance projects, accompany the integration of new companies, harmonize processes and create the basis for a scalable finance platform. Finance Integration & Post-Merger Integration The financial integration of new subsidiaries as part of our buy-&-building strategy will help you from planning to implementation.

Our subsidiaries support you in the introduction and implementation of group-wide finance processes, standards and systems.

Integrating measures and relevant milestones You follow in a structured manner for a transparent project progress.

Needs for action and dependencies You identify necessary measures with the relevant stakeholders at an early stage.

Finance Projects & Standardization Group-wide finance projects and integration initiatives accompany and coordinate across different companies and departments.

Finance Standards, Processes and Reporting Structures You continuously develop together with the relevant teams.

You identify optimization potentials within our finance landscape and support the implementation of concrete measures.

The standardization and further development of group-wide finance structures are accompanied by the requirements of our growing group of companies.

Stakeholder & Interface Management You work closely with our VP Finance Operations, Director FP&A, CFO as well as the management and finance teams of our subsidiaries.

As an interface, you support the cooperation between Group Accounting, Group Controlling / FP&A and the local companies.

You bring different stakeholders together to ensure structured coordination, clear responsibilities and next steps.

Project progresses, needs for action and relevant information You prepare structured and communicate these transparently to the participants.

That's what you bring: First professional experience in the finance environment as well as a good understanding of accounting and/or controlling processes.

First experience in collaborating on cross-disciplinary projects and working with different stakeholders is a good basis for your role.

Embossed communication and organizational skills as well as interest in actively accompanying changes and driving themes autonomously characterize you.

Flowing knowledge of German and good English as well as a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner complete your profile.

This helps you to succeed faster: First contact points with Finance Transformation, Finance Excellence, the CFO Office or Consulting would be beneficial.

Knowledge or first practical experience in the field of post-Merger integration (PMI) are desirable.

Experience in a PE-funded, multi-entity, buy-&-building or comparable growth environment would be a plus.

First experience with the standardization, digitization or further development of finance processes would help you get started.
