In strategic personnel development, you are responsible for the organisation, design and further development of our internal programs and accompany young talent individually on their development path. Workshops, training sequences, exchange formats and career conferences are designed and moderated by you to set specific development impulses. You prepare selection procedures for young talent and carry out these in cooperation with executives. With your consulting expertise, you support executives and employees in the selection and application of appropriate development measures. You conduct structured feedback talks on the individual development of employees and thus promote sustainable learning. With creative ideas, you can actively shape strategic development programs and initiatives, and are in close cooperation with internal and external partners. The effectiveness of the measures carried out is regularly evaluated by you to ensure their quality and effectiveness. You carry out organizational tasks such as planning events, working actively with the Learning Management System and the communication channels of personnel development.

You have a degree in psychology, business management or a comparable qualification with HR reference. You have several years of professional experience in the operational personnel development environment and have already worked in the design and implementation of development measures. Ideally you bring experience in implementing projects in personnel development. You have the pleasure of communicating and working with people from all areas of business and bring with them a consulting competence that includes all levels of hierarchy. There is expertise in the design and moderation of workshops and training formats. You have pleasure in business trips of about 20 percent. German knowledge in word and writing to enable professional communication with all target groups.
