During your training at LIGA Bank The beginning of training is September 1. The training spans three varied years that take place in our branch in Munich, the vocational school and at the Academy in Beilngries. The introduction to the world of banking takes place step by step: In the first year of training, everything starts with an introduction week at the headquarters in Regensburg. All important foundations are taught to successfully start working life. Subsequently, the first practice in the training branch begins with an intensive knowledge of the banking business – from account management and payment processing to various account models. There are exciting insights into service and consulting activities. In the second year of training, the focus is on the deepening of knowledge in the branch company. The handling of more demanding financial products such as securities, assets and savings forms is learned. In addition, there is an increased integration into the care of private and institutional customers, combined with valuable practical experience in customer consulting. In the third year of training, the consulting competencies are further expanded. Intensive employment with topics such as building finance, risk management and individual investment strategies is on the agenda. The work in a bank branch shows its versatility – from individual financial advice to the care of complex customer concerns. The training is completed with the IHK exam to the ''Banker/Banker''. Depending on pre-training or outstanding achievements, there is the possibility of shortening the duration of training and getting to completion faster.
