Building Technician – Focus on Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and SHEV Technology

You will cover and monitor our heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HLK) – and ensure a safe, reliable, hygienic and energy-optimized operation. You are the central point of contact for our specialist and maintenance companies, coordinate their operations and keep an overview on site. You control independently measuring and regulating elements, equalize the values with the building control (GLT) and thus optimize the control operation. You will systematically limit errors and coordinate the appropriate measures. If necessary, you can pack yourself – whether small repair, repair or maintenance. You control the quality of work done and assist in the technical decrease. After incorporation, you work largely independently and independently at your location, without direct collegial support on site. In the case of representation, you perform tasks of your immediate colleague or Your immediate colleague. You take over, alternately with your colleagues, the acceptance of disturbances on the grounds and forward them to the respective structure. Through the building control technology (GLT), you keep the plant state in mind and quickly reclaim when it comes to it. With around 60 employees, the building management in Hamburg ensures that our buildings and the building equipment at the Lokstedt and Rothenbaum sites run smoothly. We are looking for you – not only as a craftsman, but as a technical contact for our HVAC systems.
