Be part of a highly motivated team of event to implement our EMEA-wide managers (Europe, Middle East and Africa) event concepts and other Support the strategic development of our EMEA-wide event concepts and activities in accordance with our regional and campaigns, in close cooperation with the marketing department as well as the event managers within the EMEA region Cooperate with internal and external partners to plan, coordinate and execute internal external events, congresses and tradeshows. Coordinate and execute the full-service project management of events including pre- and post-event activities Manage external vendors to oversee contract, space planning and other eventrelated services Analysis, assessment and increase the effectiveness of the individual EMEA-wide event activities based on pre-defined KPIs and budget costs

Mimimum 2 years work experience in event management, preferably in the B2B/healthcare sector; ideally in combination with a degree in event management, marketing or communication Excellent project management skills with proven ability to plan, organize and prioritise multiple complex assignments and projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act in a crosscultural environment Highly structured, analytical and target-driven work style This position is based in Hamburg.
