Dispatcher - Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Cargo Transport (m/f/d)

You independently control the timely flows of goods between our customers, suppliers and recipients and are the central interface for a smooth logistics chain With the help of our transport management system (TMS), you plan and process transport orders, optimize routes through targeted route management and actively monitor the shipment times You carefully select our transport partners, commission them and act as direct contact for freight carriers to ensure a high quality of service In case of deviations in the transport process, you are proactively engaging, finding quick solutions and ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders

You have a completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services You bring multi-year professional experience in the disposition of partial and complete loads You are safe in handling a common transport management system (TMS) and have good knowledge of the route management With your organizational talent and your communicative way, you can also keep an overview in stressful situations For smooth communication with all partners, you speak and write German (C1 level)
