As a Practice Lead Cyber Security (m/w/d), you are the entrepreneurial head and the technical spearhead of our Cybersecurity initiative. You not only build a team, you establish a new business unit and define how 'Future-Ready' security looks for our top customers. You are the driving force and the 'Trusted Advisor' for our customers and internal teams to ensure that risks are managed, compliance is guaranteed and the future of our customers is guaranteed. Leadership & Strategy (Practice Management) Entrepreneurship: You take full entrepreneurial as well as professional and disciplinary leadership for the construction and scaling of the DACH Cyber Security Team (Consultants, Architects, Engineers). Portfolio strategy: You define the strategic orientation of our Future-Ready portfolio in DACH. You are responsible for the adaptation and further development of our core pillars: GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) , SecOps (MDR/SOC) , IAM (Zero Trust) , DevSecOps (Secure by Design) and Audit/Pentesting. Managed Services Focus: You advance the strategic expansion of our managed security services, in particular our ''CyberOperate' (24x7 SOC) and ''CyberIdentity' (Managed IAM) as a scalable business model. Thought Leadership & Excellence: You are the technical flagship of practice. You define quality standards, promote a culture of excellence, knowledge management and continuous training (e.g. in Cloud-native Security, AI-driven Threats ) Pre-Sales & Business Development C-Level Sparringspartner: You act as a technical 'Trusted Advisor' and Sparringspartner for sales with our strategic customers and in complex tenders (RfP/RfI). Solution Design (CyberBlueprint): You translate complex customer requirements – from compliance printing (NIS2, DORA, TISAX) to AI-driven Threats – into customized, future-oriented 'CyberBlueprint' strategies and architectures. Market Shaper: You work closely with sales to actively identify new market opportunities and to place our solution portfolio (e.g. ''CyberBuild'' or ''CyberRescue'') proactively with customers.

Market awareness & excellence: You are recognized as a technical Thought Leader in the DACH cyber security market and have demonstrable successes in the technical pre-sales of informative IT solutions as well as in the entrepreneurial development of service teams. Domain expertise: Funded, current expertise in at least two of the following domains that are central to our portfolio: Cloud Security Architecture: (focus: AWS and/or Azure Security). You think ''Cloud-native'' and master concepts like CSPM and Cloud Workload Protection. Security Operations / Managed Services: (focus: design and distribution of SOC/SIEM/SOAR and XDR solutions). You understand how to build and sell a ''CyberOperate' service (MDR). Identity & Access Management (IAM): (focus: Zero Trust Architectures, PAM and Modern Authentication). DevSecOps & Supply Chain Security: (focus: ''Shift-Left''' concepts, IaC scanning, Secure by Design or OT/IoT Security).

Compliance Affinity: You understand that Security is a business enabler. You are strategically advising current regulations at management level (e.g. NIS2, KRITIS, DORA, TISAX ). Detection: Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP or profound manufacturer-specific certifications in the priority areas) complete your profile.
