Project manager as location manager for electrical engineering m/w/d Place of use: Hoyerswerda bei Cottbus Reference number: 2026-0020 Working time: Full time

You are responsible for the organization and management of the site and coordinate the ongoing projects Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees as well as need-oriented personnel deployment planning and development are in your hands Take responsibility for strategy and budget planning and bear the full entrepreneurial responsibility for results (Profit/Loss) New customer acquisition and network maintenance are part of your task – you conduct negotiation and award talks as well as follow-up negotiations The monitoring and quality assurance of the project sequences are your area as well as the optimization of the processes and the control of the contract awards to partner companies

Completed degree (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) in the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, e.g. as master or technician Management experience as location manager, department manager, branch manager or in comparable positions, e.g. as project manager or technical manager Funded knowledge of contract law (VOB / BGB), occupational safety and quality management Very good German knowledge (min. B2 level) Good understanding of economic indicators and business relationships in the project business
