Working student/intern in the field of CAE (m/f/d)

In our CAE team, you are focused on the development of new thematic areas and the further development of existing calculation methods. Activities in the fields of FEM (static and dynamic strength) and CFD are possible. Contact points to Matlab and Python are also conceivable. You validate your calculation results and methods using self-defined hardware tests at our test stands. As part of your tasks, you document your findings carefully and prepare them professionally for presentation in internal meetings and regulations. You work with other teams from product development across departments.

You successfully study mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or in a related area. You have developed special interest in the simulative activities in the field of CAE and want to get a practical insight into this exciting and versatile field of work. You have very good knowledge of technical mechanics, materials technology and ideally fluid mechanics. As part of your studies, you have already gained first knowledge in the field of FEM and/or CFD as well as in Matlab. You are able to work yourself into complex tasks and search for a solution. You are looking for a job for a practical semester or are striving for a secondary job as a student:in. You are interested in the possibility of a subsequent Bachelor/Master thesis.
