Control and maintenance of shop contents in shopware including regular updates and quality checks Creation and refinement of product representations, texts, media, categories and search-relevant terms Administrative operation of the shop installation and maintenance of user accounts as well as assignment of rights and roles Processing of incoming requests in the 1st/2nd level on technical, functional and technical topics Consistent product data management in the PIM and creation and updating of internal instructions and FAQ

Detectable experience in the management of digital content in e-commerce or web systems Confidence with product information management and safe handling of PIM workflows Solid technical understanding for shop platforms, content processes and web-based applications routine in user support on 1st-/2nd level, solution-oriented and service-focused Structured, careful working with strong team and communication skills
