You take over project management tasks in the field of home-technical plants (heating, air conditioning, room air technology, refrigeration systems, sanitary technology, laboratory technology, technical gases, water treatment plants) for our complex and attractive construction and maintenance measures (organization, costs, dates, qualities) in the predominantly listed buildings. You will also support us in particular in the implementation of the goals that are manifested in the climate protection concept of HU, including measures to retrofit the existing building control technology of the HU buildings with systems for building automation and control according to requirements. § 71a Building Energy Act. You coordinate all performance phases of the HOAI. You are responsible for the technical, economic and organizational consulting for the tailor-made achievement of objectives in the project and in this context you control the communication and agree with all project participants.

You have completed your studies in the field of energy and environmental technology, utility technology, technical building equipment, building or process engineering or equivalent skills and experience. You have professional experience in project management, e.g. in higher education and laboratory engineering, and have many years of practical experience in managing projects with regard to the preparation, planning and implementation of domestic installations and installations (HOAI performance phases 0-9). You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant regulations and legal regulations (including HOAI, VOB). You will also be able to develop innovative solutions for technical and economic tasks. You are familiar with the common office software; SAP knowledge is desired. You master the German language in word and writing (min. C1).
