As part of an interdisciplinary compliance team, you are responsible for: Support in monitoring and analysis of transactions to detect suspected activities (AML) Implementation of background checks and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes (AML) Creation and maintenance of reports and documentation related to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and MaRisk (minimum risk management requirements) Cooperation with internal departments and external partners to ensure AML compliance and risk management processes (MaRisk) Support in implementing and monitoring MaRisk requirements Analysis and assessment of risks and development of risk mitigation measures (MaRisk) Support for internal and external audits and the further development of the risk management system (AML and MaRisk)

Degree in Economics, Economic Law, Business Informatics or Similar Alternatively, a successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector as well as professional experience in the financial environment Joy in working on new topics independently Analytical Understanding and Interest in Numbers/ Regulatorics/ Optimization and Process Design Fun on detailed work in a supervisory compliance environment High-communication appearance Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
