Your duties In the field of debt management Care and monitoring of debitor accounts preparing the dunning stage 1 (payment reminders) and the dunning stage 2 (math with blocking initiation) until the digital transfer to the printing service provider (Connext Cube) self-responsible processing of stalking and rate payment agreements with private customers Processing of receivables for the initiation of judicial proceedings Responsible for the correct cash management Chip card management Preparation of the load and credit files In the area of consumption accounting Identification of changes in device operations (transfer) Creating invoice corrections to our sales SLP and RLM customers Support for annual work Optimize customer service interfaces, sales business customers and market communication

Your profile Complete vocational training with basic technical knowledge Structured and Analytical Procedure You have very good IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ideally in Microsoft Business Central Ideally, you have experience of pre-judicial and judicial dunning or experience in the energy industry
