Financial accountant, payroll and closing work (m/f/d)

Comprehensive financial accounting with DATEV: Accounting and booking of all business incidents, management of debitors/creditors, intercompany agreements and OP list monitoring. Wages and salary bills for various mandates: Self-creation and booking including pay tax questions and communication with social security institutions. Final safety: participation in monthly and annual accounts, preparatory work and production of economic evaluations. Tax notifications & payment transactions: sales tax pre-registrations, determination of the tax burden, settlement of payment transactions and dunning. Mandatory care & administrative communication: Direct contact for clients, health insurance companies, professional associations and offices – with high service orientation.

Funded knowledge in DATEV and safe handling of digital accounting systems. Financial security according to HGB, ideally with experience in the annual financial statements for various legal forms. Tax-related know-how, in particular in wage tax and turnover tax. Communication strength and mandate orientation, also in dealing with public authorities and social security institutions. Structured and self-responsive operation, coupled with team capacity and discretion.
