Your duties

• Financial accounting for associations and foundations as well as small holding companies
• Creation of sales tax forecasts and support in preparing annual accounts
• close cooperation with finance, taxes and controlling in the Family Office as well as external partners (e.g. tax consultancy)
• Support for the administration of the Foundation and the Associations as well as various societies
• Conducting further accounting tasks and optimizing accounting processes
• Support of the family family in the family office in the private sector, also with smaller projects

Your profile

• Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)
• at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• good knowledge of DATEV/SAP
• besides expertise, you are characterized by a pronounced hand-on mentality
• pronounced analytical skills and a structured approach as well as basic knowledge in project management
• reliable and independent and communicative working style
• reliable team player who thinks and works across the process
