For our contract logistics location Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel we are looking for you as: Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Leadership & Motivation: You guide and motivate your team, moderate team discussions and are responsible for the deployment and presence planning. Operational control: You independently control the daily operation and ensure timely order processing according to customer specifications. Process control: You carry out daily checks on the work results and processes to ensure smooth handling in compliance with all requirements. Resource Management: You monitor the professional use of all resources and ensure a quick clarification in case of incidents. Quality assurance: You ensure that all operational processes meet both operational and legal standards.

Experience: You have several years of professional practice in a logistics company; first leadership experiences are a clear advantage. Expertise: You have profound knowledge of logistics processes and have ideally already gained experience in the field of commissioning. Communication strength: Your communication is safe and deescaling. You have very good knowledge of German; English skills are a plus. Personality: A responsible, independent way of working as well as the motivation to constantly develop you and your team are all yours.
