Caretaker/House Technician (m/f/d)

The Landkreis Mittelsachsen Servicegesellschaft mbH - LMSG - is a company of the Mittelsachsen district and competent partner in the service sector. We are active in the areas of office service, greenland care, master care services, transport trips, rental, event service as well as help for refugees.

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a flexibly usable master / technical staff (m/w/d) to support various objects in the area of central axes, for example from school buildings, BSZ, sports halls and government buildings (LRA)

Place of use: predominantly Döbeln

Tasks include:

• Preparatory activities in and around institutions in the contractual relationship of LMSG mbh
• Maintenance and maintenance of green and outdoor plants
• Implementation of general craft tasks such as small repairs, renovations, repair work
• Winter service / seasonal work
• Support for event and termination
• Control and maintenance of technical facilities
• Transport and clearing
• Visual inspections to ensure order and security
• Takeover of opening and closing services for various facilities ( earliest opening 5.30 h, last closing approx. 20.30 am)

• Handicraft skill
• Basic understanding for technical equipment / machines (e.g. lawn mowers, free cutters, drilling machine)
• Ability to carry out small repairs in and on buildings (e.g. lighting, doors, smaller building technology)
• Basic knowledge of garden and landscape care (mawings, cutting, plants, care)
• Class B licence
• readiness to seasonal activity such as winter service
