In addition, the implementation and development of efficient processes/workflows as well as the design and automation of business processes (business incidents) in ADAC's membership services are your activities. They participate in the release and test planning, in the test execution, as well as in the case of decrease, production and support in the hypercare phase. Through your expertise, you can support the company's innovative strength in the team. In addition, you are responsible for the clarification of stakeholder requirements in coordination with the Product Owner and the development of solution concepts in cooperation with IT. The regular and intensive exchange with stakeholders, the creation of decision-making templates and the implementation of presentations in working groups and bodies round off your area of responsibility.

They have completed their studies in BWL, Business Informatics or a comparable course of studies or commercial training with the focus on IT and/or process management. In addition, you have several years of experience as a business analyst as far as possible in the field of workflow management. They have good knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban. You have first experiences with the use of AI. In addition, you will bring experiences in stakeholder and project management. In dealing with MS Office and the Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence) you are safe. Team skills, communication strength and load capacity are your strengths. We presuppose flowing German knowledge in word and writing. Analytical skills, enforcing ability as well as solution-oriented and self-responsive actions complete your profile.
