Newsletter Marketing & Automation – Conception, creation and continuous optimization of newsletters as well as automated email streams (e.g. lead-nurturing, trigger campaigns) in HubSpot or A. along the entire customer journey Customer Journey & Lead Management – further development of data-driven customer journeys with focus on lead generation, segmentation, personalization and conversion optimization Data analysis & performance control – analysis of campaign and user data, deriving concrete optimization measures and building and maintenance of dashboards SEO & digital visibility – support in the planning and implementation of SEO measures (onpage, content, technical) to increase organic traffic and lead quality Cooperation & Control – Close coordination with brand, product marketing, sales and IT as well as control of external agencies to ensure integrated implementation Process & Tool Development – Continuous further development of marketing processes, automations and tools focusing on international scalability, efficiency and quality of lead generation

Completed studies in the field of marketing, business, media, communication or the like – alternatively a comparable training or qualification with a relevant focus in digital marketing Found experience in digital marketing with focus on marketing automation and email marketing, ideally in the B2B environment Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot or comparable systems) as well as understanding of lead and automation workflows Basic knowledge of SEO and web analysis as well as a safe handling of data-based evaluations A strong interest in digital trends & technologies combined with a hands-on mentality Very good language skills in German and good in English
