As part of an age succession, we are looking exclusively for a Head of Finance / Head of Finance (m/w/d) in an indefinitely direct setting, which is responsible for accounting, taxes and controlling with its team. In this function, you report directly to the managing shareholder and have the possibility to obtain Prokura in the medium term.

Ensuring and performing a proper accounting and compiling the monthly and annual accounts according to HGB together with your team Development, monitoring and analysis of financial plans, budgets and forecasts Monitoring of tax audits and control of tax decisions in the company network Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team (currently 4 employees) Reporting to shareholders, management, auditors and banks Responsibility for contracting and fleet organization Cooperation with external service providers, the works council and internal departments

Complete business studies with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification with advanced accounting or tax advice At least 5 years of professional experience in the financial and accounting of a producing company, ideally in the group Funded knowledge of HGB final activities and experience in handling ERP and accounting systems (e.g. DATEV) and MS Office commitment, sense of responsibility, leadership and communication strength Cooperative leadership style, paired with a hands-on mentality and technical affinity Basic knowledge of English
