Senior ERP Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

Project control: Ensuring the timely, budget-compliant and content-correct planning & implementation of projects according to international project management standards. Digital Transformation: Planning, Control & Implementation of an ERP Transformation as well as other innovative digital business models to promote growth and efficiency. Team leadership & coordination: Head of international project teams and control of complex IT & Buiness projects and programs. Bridge builders between BUSINESS & IT: There are no pure IT projects – each project is driven by business requirements & these must be implemented together with the IT development requirements. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Ensuring transparency to status, results, challenges, risks & solutions in the project through sustainable communication with all relevant stakeholders as well as managing external service providers & implementation partners.

Professional experience: At least 10 years of professional experience as a business consultant or consultant of a strategy consultancy, of which 5 years in a responsible position for ERP transformations, which has imparted a solid understanding of business relationships and projects in the ERP environment. Project Management & Methodology Knowledge: At least 10 years of experience in managing project teams with more than 10 people with demonstrable competence in classical & agile project management according to international standards. Analyzing & Complexity Reduction: Strong ability to solve the problem in a structured manner and to process complex content for decision-making in an appropriate way. Academic and linguistic background: complete study and fluent knowledge of German and English for international project communication. Leadership & Communication: Experience in the leadership of large & international project teams, strong communication strength and safe occurrence at all levels. Flexibility & pragmatism: adaptability in dynamic environments combined with enforcing and solution-oriented thinking.
