System Engineer VMware & Citrix (m/f/d)

Modern Workplace & Cloud: Develop and operate our virtualization, digital workspace and hybrid cloud platforms based on VMware vSphere 8 and Citrix technologies, creating a modern, sustainable Enterprise IT infrastructure. Operation & Performance: With proactive monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous optimization, you will ensure a safe, efficient and highly available operation of our platforms. Innovation & Automation: You continuously develop our IT landscape through new technologies, concepts, migrations and the automation of processes. IT Security & Compliance: You support the implementation of modern security standards, contribute to information security management (ISO 27001) and ensure compliance and governance requirements. Projects & cooperation: You bring your technical expertise into infrastructure and transformation projects and work with experts, IT colleagues and external partners.

Qualification: You have completed IT training (e.g. specialist in system integration), a study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. Expertise: Multiannual experience with VMware vSphere (from 7.x) and ideally Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD/VAD) and Citrix ADC. Knowledge in scripting with PowerShell/PowerCLI or the motivation to further expand it complete your profile. Ideally, you have completed training or certification, such as VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA) or Citrix Certified Associate (CCA). Team & further development: You like to work in the team, share your knowledge, document your work comprehensible and continue to develop through training or certifications. Ready to use: Participation in the willingness to call after your incorporation (approximately every 18 weeks, paid by tariff) is as natural as a class B driver.
