Execution of object visits within the scope of the object evaluation. Observation of the real estate and property market, analysis of price and interest developments and legal frameworks. Plausibility assessment of external assessments for real estate inland. Value check of opinion according to legal requirements. Cooperation with market and market follow-up areas and support for complex financing structures.
