Analysis of geopolitical, technological and social trends affecting global locations, production, supply chains and the business of MAN Development of risk indicators, scenarios and early warning models on hybrid threats, digital risks and technology developments Building and maintaining an international intelligence and OSINT network Compilation of regular situation analyses and addressable reports for managers Initiation and control of innovation and technology projects (e.g. AI-based analytics, digital security architectures, early warning systems) Working on governance, security policies and strategic priorities of corporate security Implementation of internal training and workshops on new technologies, AI tools and future topics

Complete studies (e.g. security management, political science, data science, information management or comparable discipline) Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for future topics, technology development and AI Experience with intelligence methods, OSINT or data-based analysis desirable High competence in the structured assessment of complex issues Communication strength and sovereign appearance to different stakeholders Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation and the establishment of new solutions
