You process project financing in the Renewable Energy Segment from initial consultation to the conclusion of funding As part of the market department, you'll plead existing customer relationships and win new customers for the bank You acquire and structure project financing that meets the requirements of the EnvironmentalBank with regard to the risk and earnings structure; in particular, you negotiate contract terms and conditions In addition, you carry out due diligence checks independently and evaluate the results You’ll start credit assessments and risk analysis In addition, you will prepare credit decisions and prepare policy proposals for the bodies After the credit permit, you accompany the financing together with the market succession department and support the creation of credit and collateral contracts You test current market developments and actively contribute the findings to the business start-up and credit process You regularly represent the UmweltBank on network events, fairs and on-site customers
