As Association Manager (m/w/d) you have an overview of the laws relevant to your topic In your role as Senior Expert/Association Manager (m/w/d), the strategic and technical positions of the Vaillant Group in the field of building efficiency, ecodesign and water are represented effectively in European and national associations and standardization bodies As a recognised respondent, you maintain continuous exchange with associations, ministries, authorities and other relevant stakeholders and build long-term and trusting networks Their responsibility includes the technical coordination of the work of the association and standardization as well as the management of internal expert groups in close coordination with internal stakeholders You prepare complex regulatory, political and technical content to address and translate it into clear information and convincing presentations – as a central communicative interface to the inside and outside Relevant energy-, climate- and industrial-political topics and interactions look beyond your own sphere of responsibility

You have a completed degree (Bachelor or Master) of Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a strong technical experience Insufficient professional experience, ideally in the building sector / HVAC sector, allows you to safely classify regulatory relationships You move sovereignly in political decision-making processes, organisational structures and standardisation bodies and have a sound knowledge of energy policy Communication and Presentation: You are characterized by very strong presentation and communication skills and understand the need to prepare complex issues clearly, structured and targeted. Personality: You convince through diplomatic skill, team skills, strategic thinking and the ability to constructively combine different interests You communicate safely in German and English in word and writing and feel at home in the international environment The position includes a travel activity of about 20–30 %, in particular for active participation in national and European bodies, associations and stakeholder formats
