Collection, analysis and sustainable management of process problems in production

Implementation of digitalization and automation projects in production

Investigation, evaluation and modification of known manufacturing processes including upstream and downstream processes with regard to the improvement of efficiency, efficiency and quality

Optimization of existing surface finishing processes based on a CVP minimum set

Initiation, planning and implementation of preventive measures for quality assurance using appropriate tools and methods (Pareto, PDCA, 8D, SixSigma)
