You are responsible for carrying out fault searches on large-scale devices, consisting of hardware and software as part of manufacturing and customer support. The electrical testing of the equipment, the measurement at electrical cutting points, software management and the handling of test equipment are self-contained for you. You process our customer reports and value error codes, problem reports and other data. You support our development in the context of integration projects and prototyping. You cooperate in retrofitting our systems and assist customers on site.

Vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or infor­mation technology with a corresponding further qualification is the ideal precondition. In addition, you have experience in dealing with software / IT networks (including Linux) and have basic knowledge in programming with Java and Python. Communication strength and an analytical, target-oriented way of working are self-contained for you. You can use good English skills with the customer.
