Purchasing of tools, machine parts and technical services in the field of domestic engineering and operational infrastructure Determination and procurement of specific requirements from production and logistics Planning, coordination and support of external service providers in repair and maintenance Implementation of offer requests and comparisons as well as creation of order requirements and orders Examination and processing of order confirmations Date and cost tracking of all orders to ensure budget and time requirements Maintenance and development of supplier relations including price and contract negotiations clarification and processing of inconsistencies in the field of accounting and delivery Disposition and settlement rights as well as costing of customer orders Maintenance and updating of relevant master data in the ERP system

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, business management or a comparable qualification Additional qualification as a specialist in occupational safety or completed studies in safety technology and practical experience in this field desirable Ideal experience in purchasing within the metalworking industry Knowledge of SAP/ERP modules MM and PP Good knowledge of German in word and writing A structured, independent and proactive way of working Working time model: 37 hours/week
