Acquisition of cross-disciplinary activities within the PoD2 Collaboration Division (ECM)
Support for service provider management, management of relevant BWI processes (including on/offboarding) and preparation and coordination of tenders
Identification of optimization measures and initiation of necessary adjustments on behalf of the management
Working with LifeCycle Processes, especially Coordination of Long Runners: Change-/Problem-/ Releasemanagement
Development and continuation of knowledge management in the department
Takeover of the central role in the report refund for the Department according to the agreed KPI / JIRA Boards
Successfully completed studies with IT reference or comparable training coupled with a professional experience (>5J)
Good knowledge of tools JIRA, Confluence, Maximo, IT-SPS
Understanding complex IT structures
Knowledge and experience of the tendering procedure on personal services
Agile operation and reporting
ITIL-Foundation certification desirable Teamability, care, self-initiative customer orientation, targeted, innovative thinking Flowing German knowledge in word and writing as well as good technical English
