These are your tasks As Head of Medical Affairs AIR, you take on the content and disciplinary responsibility for the AIR Medical Affairs Team and accompany its successful further development The medical strategy for the AIR therapy area in Germany continues to develop and promote its effective implementation Together with HR, you create development opportunities for your team and promote a culture of learning, growth and empowerment As a strategic business partner*in, you support your team in scientific, strategic and stakeholder-related issues Working with local cross-functional teams as well as Global Medical Affairs, you actively shape and strengthen an effective network across functions Budget and Cost Center Responsibility for Your Area is your area of responsibility as well as the support of the Medical Director in the further development of Medical Affairs
