As a sales consultant, you are the central contact for our customers and advise them competently on our products. Your commitment contributes significantly to achieving our sales goals and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Your tasks:

Your tasks in the HAMMER Store: Competent customer advice: You always advise our customers with passion – in the store, on the phone or online – professionally, personally and with a smile. Presentation and presentation: You present our modern fitness equipment (e.g. treadmills, power stations) and actively accompany our customers during testing – so the equipment purchase becomes a real experience. Design and maintenance of the sales area: Together with the team, you’ll arrange for a welcoming, inspiring sales space where our customers feel comfortable. Support for marketing actions, events and special events: You bring your ideas into exciting actions and events and help create special shopping experiences. tracking of customer requests, offerings and support in order processing: You keep an overview from the first customer request, individual offers to the order you accompany our customers reliably – and make sure everything runs smoothly. Takeover of administrative tasks: Also behind the scenes you’ll pack up – with administrative tasks, you’ll contribute to the fact that our processes in the background work just as smoothly as the customer service in the store.

You should bring that with you: Your profile – this is ideal for you: Expertise: You already have experience in sales or retail – best with products around sports or fitness.

Fitness equipment is not a foreign word for you: You have a good technical understanding and are interested in modern training solutions such as treadmills, ergometer & Co.

Dealing with cash systems and common office software is routine for you – or you learn quickly.

Personality & passion: You live fitness: Whether in gym, running or in everyday life – you know what you're talking about when it comes to training.

You go openly and with enthusiasm to people and enjoy advising and motivating others.

With your mix of empathy, persuasiveness and expertise, you can quickly find the right wire to our customers.

You like to work in the team, take responsibility and stay friendly and reliable at stressful moments.
