In our 18-month trainee program, you will be given the opportunity to go through stages in different teams that are matched to your strengths and interests. Above all, you will get insights into our Group Risk Management and can also get to know areas such as Advanced Solutions, Insurance-Linked Securities and Group Quotation Service. During the entire period, you will be accompanied by our experienced colleagues and develop your skills through selected trainings, seminars and self-sponsibility projects. This allows you to identify your talents and gain exciting insights into our products and processes. You will get to know the range of damage insurance in its entire range. Very well completed master's degree programme of (industrial) mathematics with major points in stochastics, financial and/or insurance mathematics First practical experience in the financial services sector or an insurance or banking training Experience abroad, e.g. through study stays English at a reliable level and reliable German skills High IT affinity and self-organization capability Connecting Power and a strong communication personality Not all requirements met?
