Monitoring and analysis of financial key figures in the context of existing bank agreements (Covenants) Coordination and support of bank reports and their content assessment Determination, maintenance and monitoring of relevant financial indicators Preparation and preparation of financing requests, including structured processing of the associated data spaces Support in the structuring and implementation of financing and ongoing financing planning Communication with external partners, such as credit institutions, notaries and authorities Participation in ongoing reporting to the management and the German/French Executive Board
