We have a place for you! With heart, mind and organizational talent, you keep the back of the Center Management in K in Lautern (KIL). For friendly and professional communication on the phone, you write stylish emails and create convincing presentations. Also in hectic phases, you keep an overview of dates, procedures and tasks and ensure a smooth everyday office. In addition, you support the development of the marketing concept, tune it with service providers and enter the communication channels of the shopping center (Social Media, ECE Network App, Newsletter etc.). You have a completed training in the field of office management, individual or wholesale, or a comparable qualification and have been able to gain at least three years of professional experience in real estate management, marketing or in a similar position. Organization is in your blood, you work service-oriented and convince by your kind, binding way of dealing with colleagues, partners and service providers. In addition, you are a marketing partner and brings a good understanding of numbers including experience in accounting, ideally with SAP. You can handle MS Office easily. German language skills and good English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
