What tasks do you expect? Participation in the final process: You actively participate in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Audit & Accounting: After successful audit, you collect and book input invoices in financial accounting. Open Items: You're begging the open items, clarifying differences and editing incoming reminders timely. master data maintenance: You make sure that all creditor master files are correctly and currently stored in the system. Payment: You monitor due dates, execute payments and keep track of fluctuations in foreign payments. Evaluations: You regularly write reports and evaluations to support the controlling. Process optimization: Together with the team, you develop existing processes and introduce your own ideas for improvements. Administration: You support contract management, travel cost accounting and corporate car administration. A variety of options are welcome: you also want to shape tasks from adjacent areas such as asset accounting, cost accounting or sales tax.

What do we want from you? Completed training: You have a successfully completed commercial training. Additional qualification: A further development as a balance sheet holder or specialist is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in financial accounting and know the processes in the creditor sector. IT knowledge: You work safely with the most common MS Office applications; Experience with common accounting programs is advantageous. Own initiative: You work independently, think with and go proactively on new topics. Analytical thinking: You recognize relationships quickly and enjoy understanding and optimizing processes.
