Own-responsible implementation of the pay bill for an assigned group of employees in the case of different working hours and pay models, taking into account tariff, company, tax and social insurance regulations Maintenance and management of personal master data as well as the digital personnel file in SAP HCM Processing of all personnel measures from entry to exit Preparing and evaluating compensation measures (e.g. pay changes, performance assessments, special payments) Communication with external bodies such as social security institutions Informing employees about company and collective agreements Create statistics and evaluations for internal and external bodies

Successfully completed at least. 3-year vocational training Professional experience in the above-mentioned field of advantage, ideally in an industrial company for a larger workforce knowledge of tariff, tax, social insurance and labour law regulations and laws of advantage Knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) of advantage
