As a Business Analyst (m/w/d), you support the development and development of this strategic solution and ensure that it is optimally geared to the needs of sales. Recording, structuring and prioritizing sales requirements Translation into user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications Development and evaluation of solutions with a view to sales benefits and process consistency Ensuring a continuous end-to-end process design in the CRM system Technical control of implementation in close coordination with IT and departments Planning and carrying out technical tests (incl. UAT) and ensuring system quality Coordination of releases and further developments incl. Priority of requirements and errors Close cooperation with key users to ensure practicality and acceptance

Multiannual experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner or in a comparable CRM-related role Very good understanding of sales and customer processes (ideally insurance/financial services) Experience in requirements engineering, process design and professional test management Ability to evaluate technical solutions and translate them in practice Basic understanding of modern CRM and low-code platforms Experience with CRM systems such as BSI, Salesforce, MS Dynamics or the like Structured, analytical method and pronounced process affinity Communication strength as well as secure engagement between specialist and IT We wish diversity and are also pleased to receive applications that do not fit 100% of the profile.
