You coordinate and plausibility the risk analyses and assessments carried out by the relevant departments. In this role, you are part of a two-team: compile and maintain the complete documentation of all outsourcing and ICT services, including relocations and sub-orders, and ensure that these documentation meets the requirements of MaRisk and DORA. You can jointly manage the outsourcing register and the information register. You can also use outsourcing displays at the BaFin. You are responsible for the further development of the overall concept of outsourcing management as well as the associated control and monitoring processes and keep these up-to-date in accordance with applicable regulatory systems. You maintain the process descriptions, work instructions and outsourcing management instruments. You run the care of the RiMaGo module DLS/Contributions and support the specialist areas in application issues. You ensure a revision-proof archiving of contract documents in the works file. You are the contact person for internal and external revision.

Your education/study – you have a completed university degree, ideally BWL-Bank (DHBW) or a comparable qualification at Bachelor level. Alternatively, you have a bank-based training with a sound further qualification in the field of outsourcing management or contract management. Your experience – you bring well-founded experiences in the field of outsourcing management and contract management and have knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements, such as DORA and MaRisk. You are familiar with dealing with regulatory issues and their implementation in processes. Your IT affinity - you are safe in handling MS Office applications and already have experience with outsourcing management software. You are ready to work into new IT systems and have a high level of digital competence, especially in the handling of systems for documentation and control of outsourcing processes.
