Responsibility for versatile and exciting tasks in the field of digital extras

Participation in the control of digital extras and the extensive international project management at Mercedes-Benz

Insights into the areas Feature Development and Testing, Release and Process Management, Project Management, Agile Work Methods, MB.OS, Digital Extras and more

These challenges include: Project support in the area of Digital Extras: Participation in project management in the control, coordination and release of digital vehicle functions

Preparation and preparation of presentations: Conception, design and coordination of presentations for internal stakeholders, customers and management – especially with PowerPoint and Excel

Software tests in the vehicle environment: Planning, implementation and documentation of end-to-end tests with serial vehicles and test carriers

Body preparation and solution finding: Organisation and content preparation of decision-making bodies and joint development of solutions with project partners

Cross-functional cooperation: Support in the organisation and implementation of workshops and development meetings, including relevant specialist areas (e.g. IT, development, sales, production, after sales) and international sites

Partial project management: Self-acquisition and implementation of work packages within the project team

Test results and status reports: Structured summary of test results, creation of status reports, coordination with project partners and development of project-related instructions

Workshop-Mitgestaltung: Content preparation and active participation in workshops on “Digital Extras” as well as team-internal events

Administrative tasks: Administrative project work, in particular in data processing, documentation and coordination

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Very good English knowledge in word and writing, German knowledge at least at level B2, desirable C1 or higher

Safe handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel – ideally with pleasure in creating presentations and structured data processing
