Participation in transnational workshops (with different disciplines such as purchasing, development, quality, logistics) to ensure comparability of different suppliers and their offers

Building and developing appropriate IT-based tools for the evaluation and analysis of supplier offers

Participation in the acquisition-wide implementation of (play-theoretical) methods competence for procurement and negotiation designs

Support in the preparation of training documents as well as in the execution of trainings for purchasing staff to apply game theory in procurement and negotiation situations
